On-site Education:

Tosh & Associates School of Real Estate Appraisals provides accredited college level appraisal courses in the State of California in a classroom setting. We provide continuing education as well as the USPAP course - both the full course and the USPAP Update course.

We are scheduling classes each year at locations up and down the state for accommodating larger groups. The majority of our classes will be held in the S.F. Bay Area. We are adding courses on an on-going basis as the need arises. The list of available courses is frequently updated.

We also teach classes at our Brentwood facilities in Northern California with a maximum enrollment of 12 students per class. We are available to teach at private offices throughout California at a discounted rate if the location is provided.
